Freight and schedule requirements vary by assignment. We discuss expected routes, equipment, home time, and pay terms before an offer is made.
Support dry-van and power-only freight moves across the Southeast and other markets as customer needs require. Assignments may include multi-stop deliveries, repeat lanes, and contract or spot freight.
Serve Tennessee and nearby markets through short-haul, customer delivery, shuttle, or dedicated opportunities when available. Local assignments are generally home daily, subject to customer schedules and operating requirements.
Our compensation approach recognizes professional experience, productive work, and safe operation. Drivers are paid weekly. Eligibility and payment terms are defined in the applicable written company plans.
Potential mileage rate for qualified driving assignments. Actual rates and minimum shift provisions depend on the written position-specific pay schedule.
For eligible new hires in qualifying positions, paid in three installments over the first year:
Eligibility and payment terms are subject to the applicable written offer and bonus policy.
Eight designated paid holidays annually for eligible full-time drivers after 30 days. Holiday pay is $200 per holiday, including when a driver is assigned to work.
Eligible full-time drivers begin accruing PTO at 1.25 hours per qualifying week after 90 days. Usage and scheduling are governed by company policy.
Recognition incentives may be offered for dependable performance, safe practices, and professionalism under approved program terms.
Qualified driver referral and positive roadside inspection opportunities may be available under applicable written programs.
Company holidays: New Year's Day · Memorial Day · Independence Day · Labor Day · Thanksgiving Day · Day after Thanksgiving · Christmas Eve · Christmas Day.
